In industrial storage environments, high visibility and access efficiency are central to optimizing space. The open, backless structure allows items to be seen from multiple angles, supporting faster inventory checks than enclosed shelving systems. The design also permits modular combinations that can be expanded as storage needs change.

The shelving line follows industry-standard dimensions and uses a no-tool shelf-height adjustment system. Posts are punched with adjustment centers spaced every 1.5 inches, and four dedicated clips secure each shelf at the selected position.

All units in the line are finished in Dove Gray powder coating, which is described as resistant to wear and corrosion. The finish is intended for routine industrial use where surfaces are subject to repeated contact and shifting loads.

Load capacity varies by series, post type and shelf gauge. The 2000 series uses angle or beaded posts with 14-gauge posts and 20-gauge shelves, rated for up to 850 pounds per shelf. The 8000 series uses T-posts and offers medium-, heavy- and extra-heavy-duty configurations.

For different storage requirements, the line pairs several post and shelf combinations:

• Budget-oriented option: The 2000 series angle-post design is the lower-cost configuration for routine industrial storage.
• High-access requirements: The 2000 series beaded-post design maintains rear stability while improving front access space.
• Heavy equipment storage: The 8000 series T-post design, paired with different shelf gauges, can accommodate items ranging from tools and safety supplies to motors and pumps.

Shelf gauge is the clearest guide to matching a unit to its load. A 22-gauge shelf is rated for up to 600 pounds, a 20-gauge shelf for up to 900 pounds, and an 18-gauge shelf for up to 1,300 pounds. The lighter configuration is suited to tools and safety supplies, the middle configuration to medium-weight parts such as gears and wheels, and the heaviest configuration to motors and pumps.
